Alli is about 55-58 dollars sold at walmart or any chain store. It is the only OTC diet pill FDA approved.
The reason you use the bathroom so much is your getting rid of the waste.
Frankly I have not tried it yet and I am really contemplating trying it but I think that I am going to give it a go. I know I should do it on my own but at 31 y/o I am having a hard time getting where I need to be even though I do exercise regularly 5 days a week.

What doesn't kill you can only make you stronger. I will let you all know how I do.

Thanks but no thanks. Running and dieting's "easier" than having to remember to bring a change of pants everwhere I go!

The turkey sandwich I had for lunch had 14.5 grams of fat (5 slices of turkey and one slice of cheese). That means no more fat the rest of the day. Sure, I could have cut out the cheese but that would make for a rather boring sandwich.

I think I'll stick to the "eat less - move more" plan that helped me lose weight just fine.

Edited - It is 15g per meal not day, so I would get more fat but that is still rather boring.

"You may feel an urgent need to go to the bathroom. Until you have a sense of any treatment effects, it's probably a smart idea to wear dark pants, and bring a change of clothes with you to work."

Honestly, this is too much! And $50 some-odd a bottle? I'm in the WRONG business! 'Frequent stools that may be hard to control'? I LOVE the photo of the bathroom sign on the site's 'readiness quiz'... Save your money and eat some prunes.

(Actually, I've known people over the years that had, umm, 'bathroom issues' similar to that described above because of illness and it really affected their quality of life- why would anyone WANT to possibly put themselves in that situation? )

1) 31 is young
2) Its not about working out as much as it is about diet.
3) The pill doesnt rid you of waste. It decreases your bodies ability to absorb nutrients (including fat) from what you are eating. That is why they say you have to take a multivitamin.
4) You would be much better off spending that $60 for a couple months of weight watchers. At least in ww there is a large educational component. You will NEVER get that from a pill.
