Track is the only sport where you run from a fat guy with a gun.

"Most sports require 1 ball. Ours require 2" Thats what was on our t-shirts last year. Too bad I lost it. I left it on the road for a run, and on my way back, mine and a bunch of people's were gone.

There is a big hill called "The bowl" at the NJ state course (holmdel park) where we run mostly. On some team's t-shirts, we saw "We smoke the bowl"... I thought that was clever.

I saw a good one at a regional (but not THE regional) meet.

To run with us you have to be fast.
To race with us you have to be daring.
To beat us you have to be KIDDING!

Just put something specific to your school. Our's just have out schools name on it. One kid I know has "Who's hill is it?" on it. "If you have to ask you'll never understand."
