Can't believe I have lurked here this long. Qualified in October and haven't posted here yet. Since then I've PRd in a 15K and a HM (on a very hilly course. I'm totally psyched for Boston. Great info on this string. Thanks for all the info.

I'm hoping at this point in one month I'm approaching Mile 4, feeling like I'm floating down the hills, not even sweating yet. Can't wait until they assign the bib #'s - I want to see if I'm in the same corral as some of the guys I hope to run with. Hopefully the weather will be ideal - 50 degrees, sunny, very little wind. Can't wait - I'm quickly approaching the saturation point with the training - lots of miles, speedwork is knocking me out. Only about 3-4 more hard workouts/races over the next 2+ weeks before I start my taper...I need it this year!

Hey neat Video.....

Robin...thigs are looking great for you this year.....you got those hills nailed/////

It is hard to find hills here....I just try ti get all the "grades" I can get while I train..

During the off season I need to concentrate on hills now that I have finally found some in Southern Oklahoma.

The count down begins next Monday....

Good luck all...

Tim,
Ardmore, OK.
