dove - With the inclement weather we had last year not slowing down your BQ at all, I'm not surprised that you were able to overcome even such crippling cramping for another BQ this year. However, I was real surprised that the frequent med stations in a university medical center marathons only had vaseline and bandages and no e-caps, salt, or anything else. Fortunately, there was an abundance of gels at two or three of the regular aid stations but I think all were before you were struck on the Galer-Madison climbs. After two years of missing you on the out-and-backs, I'm hoping to see you on one of the trail ones next year. Congratulations on a sub-four and BQ. I think the SM course likes you!
