Nice, well balanced marathon. Very impressive. Little disappointed that you gave in to 4 hours of mall shopping...but I guess that is the price we sometimes pay to have a loyal fan club.Congrats. ------------------ The longest journey starts with a single step

Perch - Way to perfectly execute the plan. You've some so far in your wisdom and patience and drive as a marathoner. There have been some tough lessons learned through repeated injury and I am so happy to see you receive your reward. What a nice job. Way to Go!! egret

What an outstanding race! Perfect execution for sure, but the thing I liked most was "no foot pain". WTG Perch - see you in Boston!

Great job. Congratulations on the BQ.As soon as I finished I quickly went to see where your name appeared on the chart on the fall for race finishers. It was great to see your listed high on the list. It was great meeting you, your DW and DD1 Friday afternoon. Thanks for taking the time to meet with us like that. It was a lot of fun for me. Thanks as well for your encouragement and friendship. Joey

In my opinion, 4 hours of mall shopping is tougher than a 4 hour marathon! Congratulations on another fine performance, and of course on that BQ.------------------ - Runnin' in Rochester Rochrunner

I'd say you've got this BQ thing down pat, perch. Well-executed race, running within yourself. When I think of how I want to come back from a long injury rehab, I think of you. Congratulations.

Perch,Congratulations. What a race and another BQ. You ran a perfect race, those are great splits. Wish I could do that (-: And shopping!!! Wow, you left too much on the course if you could do 4 hours of shopping afterwards...ouch....you have more patience than I have. Now the CheeseCake Factory...hmm..when I use to travel to Atlanta a lot, my team and I would go out there quite a bit..yum. Congrats Tall

What a comeback, Perch! So happy that the PF is a thing of the past (as long as you stay away from malls, which is a good thing anyway. ) Congrats on that futuristic BQ. Did you happen to have the Godiva cheesecake?
