Just posted my race report to my blog (click signature). For those who don't want to read the whole report, I ran a 1:43:14 which was a PR for the Half by over 8 minutes and my 5th straight PR overall. Results are not posted yet so I do not know my place in AG or OA.I will update once the results are posted. They are up now. I was 9th our of 41 in AG and 119th out of 505 overall finishers. ------------------ Tag

Excellent race Tag! Congrats on the big PR! If the porta-potty lines had been shorter, you might have gone under 1:40! 5 for 5 on the PRs - whatever you are doing, keep doing it! Skip

Tag, congratulations on the huge PR! I think that final 1.1 shows that you have even faster HMs in your future.

Thanks everyone! The real star to me was George Dewitt who at age 49 finished second overall in the race with a 1:13:43 which was over 7 minutes below the state record. His times are in the vicinity of elites like Bill Rodgers who holds the US overall HM record for 49 year olds at 1:10:17.

5 consecutive PRs, 8 min off the HM. I think you've sneaked some of that rocket fuel out of Redstone Arsenal. Great Job! jjj

Super job on the hugh PR. It looks like your previous PR was a 1:51, which I just set a few weeks ago as my current PR by a similar margin. So you're staying that much ahead of me. I'll have to read your blog to see how you did it. ------------------ - Runnin' in Rochester Rochrunner
