Yay, Tramps! Already said in a different place that I love the pics, but I'll say it again. Your DW holding that empty pizza box is particularly cute!

Congrats on the PR. Judging by those good splits, that 3:45 is just around the corner.

I feel your frustation as I also have a stomach that likes to dictate my pace after Mile 16 or so. Still working on the magic fix a dozen marathons later. If I find it, I'll let you know. However, hold that pizza for me: the thought of pizza after would make me retch. I'm not hungry for hours after, then suddenly ravenous.

Anything less than 40gr/hour usually results in a slow motion shut-down in my latter miles but your just having sore thighs and retching stomach will probably just need more and more marathons to figure out.

Congratulations on a well-deserved sub-4 and thanks for such a well-written rr. It is nice to be able to do both!
