Roch, this was a great report to read - you ran so well and deserved that PR after all your training.Way to rock it - text book style. I'm glad the weather cooperated too. Huzzah! egret

Doug, the phrase that keeps running through my mind, "just right!", seems to describe everything. The circumstances, your training, the way you ran the race, & your hugh PR! (to add, even a happy DW) Your PR streak continues. This is getting pretty interesting! Very well done. Congratulations! enjoy a little well deserved rest.

Nice race roch, with a PR too. It does sound like a tuff crowd in your AG. Paul

roch - what a great race, time and huge PR! 6 mins in a HM is quite an achievement. Sub-1:50 probably looks quite appealing at this point. I think your pacing for the first 3 miles was excellent and probably played a key role in your stong finish. Not to mention your Brooks Adrenaline 7s ...the shoe I'm wearing as well. Continued great running, roch! Are you considering a marathon next year? PJ

Grrrrr! Another B&Ber sweeps right by me. (ratso, fratso, harumph) OK, grudgingly, I offer my congratulations. Did you know that in 2005, over 25% of Grand Rapid's municipal revenue was from grants & contributions? That is insanely high, and it is messing up my data set.
