Arf great run, glad to hear your ITB is finally feeling better. You are within striking distance of a BQ. Stay smart and continue to heal and get stronger. Sue and I did make it Monday night to meet up with Dave, Tet, Erica and her husband at the Pink Door. A greta time was had by all. Can't wait to catch up and meet you too. I was lucky enough to also meet choover and mr c in Billings, Mt a few weeks ago. What a nice couple they are too. I was trying to talk Dave into doing Pensacola, FL on 2/17/07. I'll be there as my son and his wife are stationed there. Remember, flat course and great beaches.. Rest up.. You have enough time to train, just stay off the ice.------------------ Good running!!! Ultralina -After your summer of 50K’ers, 50 milers, and 100K’s, you ran a good, strong, steady marathon, wisely keeping IT under control to defer a BQ so when you do it, you’ll be able to celebrate it at the BAA starting line on April 18. After that, I've got a few Irish jigs for you again! eta ps - thanks for not saying about the SM hot tub. [This message has been edited by Tetsujin30 (edited Oct-11-2007).]

Sorry Arf, but you set yourself up beautifully.Aside from that, GRATE RACE and RR I can't run a 4:18 on pavement, nevermind a trail marathon. Your BQ is right around the corner. Fran

Arf – so glad that your ITB issues are clearing up. Sounds like you had a wonderful weekend and race experience – who could ask for more? You’ll have to give us some clues as to what sort of birthday presents you’d like when we meet you in Boston. ------------------ Holly

Arf; After the subject heading, I thought the RR was kind of anti-climactic Great suggestions here for BQ courses, You know my work schedule better than anyone. Pick what works best, if you can find the time to train over the next few months, we all know you will nail that BQ. Just tell all your customers to go away so you can train! Love ya, Dave

Okay, I'm not alone at giggling at the title, then!Arf, you rock. What a wise race you ran...your IT band thanks you! And such lovely scenery to boot. Egads, with the right race, you are going to scream past a BQ, there's no doubt in my mind. Birthday cake all around April 21! --Robin
