Good running, people!

216 miles for me—a monthly PR—and one that is likely to stand for quite a while. (October includes taper weeks.)

Also, a small 5K PR 21:13

Another month bites the dust! Man, how time flies.

246.6 miles for September. Close to a monthly PR but a few miles short.

1549.3 miles for the YTD.

A 20K PR (my first 20K, but it counts!) 1:46:37

356.6 miles for September - not a PR.

2761.9 miles so far this year - not a PR.

5K PR - 19:20 (19:18 by my watch, but either way it's a PR).

Humbling coming after joplus, but someone's gotta do it.

Lots of PRs this month. Congrats, everyone. Esp. you, Tramps.

155 miles for me (249k)

Feeling pretty good. Excited about speedwork over next few months.

Humbling to after just about all the posters

After La t's 5K, i can now log the following:

Running: 34.5 miles
Walking: 7.8 miles

Didn't realize how neglected Max was this month, but my running totals were up a bit, even with skipping a week.

Hmm, a couple of recovery/taper cycles in this month really makes a difference!
Running 121.5 miles (YTD 1498.5)
Walking 8.1 miles

Can't believe I'm 1.5 miles short of 1500 ytd for running. DH just told me to "get back out there!" Uh, no thanks

Thanks for doing this every month, Tramps!
(nice bike riding, hally!)

102 miles, give or take, in September. About a quarter of that was in 24-hour period. Taper before, hiatus after. About 1,290 for the year.

That 24-hour thing was the Reach-the-Beach relay, the objective of my summer training.

Miles this month: 155.2 run, 6.4 walked. Race PR (default because it was my first 10k)-59:50. I'm very happy with my overall running pace this month-11:02. This is a PR, with pretty steady improvement each month-12:49 a year ago!

Thanks again.

Horrible month, dust problems took me down... no running at all this week, but I think it was a good recovery week.. breathing is actually much better after cleaning carpets at home, cleaning vents, etc at work. Have been able to reduce my meds some

However, running?

Ran 11.7 miles this week, 2.86 of run/walking, 7.9 walking.. so guess that equals about 22 1/2 miles in total this month.
