La T.  choovie, I wondered where you were. Great choice for a getaway. Wow, that is stunning scenery and a beautiful place to stay. No wonder you were inspired to kick that old 10k time off the charts. Nicely done! And still coming in ahead of MrC ... even better. Best of luck next weekend. Give 'er. (Your pictures, as always, are fantastic, but I don't think the B&B Motel is seedy enough for this crowd.)

Great racing for you and MrC, choover. Congrats to you on the big PR and to MrC on his first 10K. Your friends have a lovely place and the scenery is fantastic. The small town, low tech, race sounds familiar to me. Keep up the good work.TomS ------------------

First, what a wonderful PR! Huzzah!But Choovie, I must say -- awesome pictures -- from the B&B motel (one eyebrow raised here) to the red stilleto hay heel, to that adorable cabin. Oh Lord, won't you buy me, a Montana cabin...

Choovie - what a fabuous weekend that sounds like - beautiful scenary, the company of good friends, lots of good food and wine - what more could you ask for? Oh yeah, a race! And on top of that, PRs for both you and your DH - magnificant! Another great race and report - and lovely pics, as well. Good luck to the both of you on your upcoming HM.------------------

Choovie, congratulations on the monster PR! Very nice, solid pacing. Way to go.Be honest now. Did you tell MrC it was a 5-mile race so you could drop him for the last 1.2?
