Great race and RR. Thanks for the pics. All the style points go to you. As for the cap, I say looks aren't everything and the only ones qualified to comment are those with a mop of hair to keep under control.

Wow, you are one speedy runner! And what a field that must've been... 1:35:52 only gets 5th in AG?? Geez... tough competition. But I must say, that guy looks like he was about to expire and you look like you're just ramping up! Very nicely done. And I like the cap...

I liked the k splits now that I understand what they mean. Nice job keeping it under 5:00 on those hills. It must be cool to have some kick after 21k. And don't you love how all us guys are drooling over your abs? Great racing and especially your competitive spirit.

Who cares about abs? All the action is upstairs and downstairs, not in the mezzanine.

Great photos and great racing, SS! You'll get that guy next time. A roll of carpet is a pretty funny prize. What's with that?

Congrats on the high AG finish! You are an inspiration.

Nicely done - pay no mind to DH, the hat is sun protection. As for the grey carpet - have I got some ideas of what you can do with that ...

It will involve sharp tools. an electric drill and a pattern that most likely won't be found in Martha Stewart.

You are an awesome runner, Sans! I enjoyed your report especially the addition of photos. You are in great shape and have a wonderful sense of humor.

As for the hat comment, DH must never sweat. He probably doesn't work out hard enough.

In your running attire, you're as beautiful as in your black evening wear. I'm glad it was the latter I got to see though. Have a happy new moon jetster goddess.

Does that sunrise mountain look familiar?

Canuck sidebar: There is a big chair for two to curl up in, and a rocking chair in the middle for those who like to rock. Now I'll call Rusty.

I always waited through the credit for the cow to jump over the moon. That was some cow and great special effects.....I'd almost forgotten about the cool jazz cats.

RR Response: Awesome run on a tough course. Great focus and determination. Will be excellent prep for your fall marathon. Time on a course like that is not a real evaluation of the effort. Toujours impressionnant et sans souci.

Ah man, I some how missed this RR, and it had a pic of my Dearest SS looking positively breathtaking! Those are the nicest legs...wow!

Oh yeah, nice race too. It looks fun and scenic, with a nice elevation profile to keep things from being boring. Fantastic effort there SS.

Did they have Nanaimo bars at the end? Ummm, Nanaimo bars...

I saw a bit of a commercial last night featuring a woman, The Bionic woman, running through the woods. Now you're doing TV, too?

Showed my husband your RR and then had him read DH's hat comment. My DH said, "Hat? What hat?"

This particular Holly could never keep up with you like she did. You are one speedy Goddess, San Souci, even when you are apparently mountain-climbing. Great racing!

(Yes, and those are indeed outstanding abs, woman!)

Nice ball cap. Very nice mezzanine. Your form is superb. If you hadn't stressed your legs with that workout earlier in the week, you would have crushed that guy and a bunch in front of him too. You have a sub-90 HM lurking in you. Sometime when the race schedule is right, you'll have to let it out. BELIEVE SS. BELIEVE. No limits.
