(Last year I missed the whole season due to an injury and I am faster than two years ago.) So that everybody can have a good laugh at the distances here they are along with my new PRs for them. Miles - Time 5.85 - 39:14 6.76 - 44:57 8.44 - 56:20 9.30 - 1:04:31 Those are the official course lengths NOT what my Garmin reported! IP: Logged

Max and I did 14.5 miles together walking, also a modest improvement. Hope fall coolness will help the miles increase. I have been off running for the last three weeks with a hip injury and it looks like it might be a stress fracture. Had a bone scan Friday and am waiting on the results of that.
