It crept up on me but August turned out to be a great month for me as well: 201 miles--a PR and first-ever 200+ month. 10M PR-- 1:21:00 (okay, only my second ever, but I'll take it--especially since it came on what my friend calls the "4-H" course--hilly, hot, and high humidity) IP: Logged

On the bright side, I'm currently at 557 combined running and biking miles for August....unfortunately, only 18.8 of them are running miles.
