What is your yearly goal? I must admit I'm a little jealous that you've already got your second star at the InSane Asylum. By the time I get mine, you'll probably have your third.

Mike:
RE: fall marathons? none really except Bizz Johnson, and they are now sold out. for winter I will probably run Seattle easy, and maybe but I may just do the 1/2 since I am running a marathon the week before.

Tet:
The Monkeys are in intrepid, they are the week before Seattle

Karl:
No real plans for the year, just keep running as long as it's fun. I don't think I will get 3 stars, but I should jump straight to 4 after my next marathon (9 states in a year) If I ever hit 5 stars, it will probably be after I retire.

Hey handsome, you ran a GREAT race on a challenging course! You are running strong, training smart and staying healthy this year! I am so proud of you!

It was great to see Amy, Dan and the magnificent FRANK....King of the Greyhounds . I must say Murphy was a pretty cool dog too, and you even got to run with him!

Thanks for another "invigorating" weekend of laughter and fun! I will never forget when they asked us for I.D. at the airport bar...how bizarre!

~ ~ ~ Thanks for the congrats on my 1/2 marathon. I have to say it was a real bummer to have to back out of the marathon but I knew it was what I had to do this time. The IT band is healing but seems to be taking forever, but to quote divechief on the trail runs after a crash...."I'm OK"!

(and Dave, you're way more than OK)
