Yikes, what a stressful start to your morning. Congrats on your new PR and for finally hooking up with some of our favorite Boomer Gods afterwards. You are really running well.

Any pics of the Boomer meeting ?

Sounds like you had a lot of fun.
Thanks for sharing your race with us. Negative split on a 10 miler - that's impressive.

Great job Doug, you're really running well. I think you should count that 400m PR from the week before too as part of your streak.

A 1:30 PR on that course is certainly something to be proud of.

It was nice to meet you7 and Mark at Crim maybe next year a real reunion of Boomers. Thanks for the compliment my trainer ask if i had the biggest guns at the race on a 48 year old. I should have ran with you I would have broke into 80's. This was a pr anyway for Crim so I was happy.
See you in Detroit? Marathon Derrick

You sure are focussed and on a roll, Roch. I was thinking the same as Jim, that the 400 race was a good "sharpener" for this, but I think it's a whole combination of things and it's just plain nice to read about. You deserve it.

Doug, whatever you're doing, keep doing it! You are certainly on a roll. Congrats on the Hugh PR! (Coach Hugh would be so proud!)
