OK, I'm tired of reading all these race reports from people who are faster than I am. No more, please. Of course, this will mean a startling decrease in the number of race reports, but I don't have time to read 'em all anyway.Dark Horse ------------------ I'm a dark horse, running on a dark race course

Well done Hermosaboy,Nice time, a PR, and impressive finish both in AG and overall in a good-sized field. What more could a racer ask for? Congratulations!

Having recently completed a 10 mile race, I now have a real appreciation for your speed and the quality of your running. Congratulations, hermosa, great race ...sub-60 mins - wow! I'm particularly impressed in your ability to run downhills. I'm probably like others that tend to put on the breaks and the knees really feel it. What's your secret? PJ

I am still learning, but what I have been told is that you have to fight the tendency to lean backwards. Lean forward and keep your turnover fast -- then let gravity do it's thing.

WOW, I getting kind of sick of saying "Excellent race, Rob!!", but this time you really did it! Congrats on breaking 60 minutes, 1st AG, 2nd masters (you should have outkicked Kirt at the end ), a 10 mile PR, a 10K PR....the awards just keep rolling in. I was just happy to be able to run in your contrails this last weekend. Keep up the fantastic running! John
