Excellent racing Lab!!! I cannot wait to hear how your first marathon goes - you are gonna smoke that course!

Hope you have a nice visit down in Ashland. I'm jealous you'll be at one of my fav restaurants with such good company and I'll miss out!

That was a sensational race Lab, congratulations on achieving that goal of a sub 1:30... that one's on might sights as well.

You did a great job under the conditions, I think I would take the PR over an AG award any day

Wow. You're so fast to begin with, that this PR is huge. It really was your day. Hint, your first marathon is an automatic PR, so forget McMillan and just finish in whatever time you finish. Start slow, as slow as me if you can manage it. There, now you're ready and all you have to do is put in the long training miles. Congrats on a very very fast half.

Things sure did fall into place for you, Lab. Congrats on beating your goal with a new PR, beating McMillan, and for the strawberry shortcake.

wow, that was an excellent race plan, and your actual splits are even better. very close, but slightly negative... no surprise it was a pr!

now with this half marathon time, mcmillan will make a marathon prediction for you, which you should promptly ignore.

Labduck... Simply AWESOME!! When i got to the part with the Temps in the 70's and climbing, i though uh,oh... But you HAMMERED your splits and ran incredibly strong through the finish. What an awesome goal buster.. SUB 1:30!! WOW!
Just think how fast you'd be with temps in the 50's! Time to readjust your marathon goal!
