Pushing up the mileage gradually on the OHR, so:38 miles run during May (approximately!) 34.51 5K time run a couple of weeks ago, nearly 2 minutes than when I graduated C25K! Kimble ------------------

I agree with ksrunr, that picture is a beaut! Impressive stats. Mine ... on the low side for me.Running in Greece, Turkey, Italy and Monaco was such a drag too. 100 May miles

Well I ended up injuring the arch of my left foot, so I'm turning in a hobbling...24.75 miles for May At least I'm still getting out there. Hopefully June will be better.

Compared to so many of you, I'm still a newbie/slacker, but this was my highest mileage month ever in running and in running + walking. Running - 49.1 miles (PR)
Walking - 23.3 miles TOTAL - 72.4 miles (PR) Tramps, I definitely don't want to make your head explode, but I'm so excited to have been out on the water, I just have to mention that I also kayaked for 3-1/4 hours, making this the month that I moved the most under my own power in my entire life!!
