Thanks Tramps.May 170 mi - 19 runs YTD 641 mi - 90 runs PRs - 10K 55:05, 5K 25:29, M 4:40:55 Caveat: For May, 11 runs were All Run, 8 were Run\Walk (usually 5:1). I didn't break down the run miles vs the walk miles because just thinking about that started my eyes crossing and uncrossing. Steve

Hi Tramps!!91 miles for me this month. Couldn't figure out how I had more miles last month, until I reviewed it and saw that I did a few "doubles" last month. Ah well, 91 is nothing for me to sneeze at! Thanks!! ~Mary

Great running again this month! Jura--this is the first time I've appeared in the same sentence as "wholesome tradition" without the word "ruin" also being there. Bill--you can count your runs. Heck, you can count your steps if you want. It's just that I'm not gonna count them That goes for you, too, Lou. Charley--Cut it out. I'm nippnig this "Trampster" thing in the bud. It makes me sound like a small rodent. Somehow, though, RCG's "Sir Trampsalot" has a certain chivalric dignity to it that seems appropos. All right, down to business. Slow start to the month while I nursed a twingy ITB but ramped up to solid 40-milers by the end. Total 144 miles. Also, for the second month in a row, a one-second PR. This time at th 10K, 47:02. That's such a soft PR. I need to run one of these when it's not so hot out. Have a good June!

A dismal month for me. PF has limited my running and I'm doing what I can to cross-train, but the ship is taking on water fast.78 miles running 7.2 miles swimming 5h 35m on the elliptical The cross training maybe amounts to the equivalent of 60-70 miles of running. Nice running folks, and thanks again Tramps.

85 miles this month at an overall pace of 11:46/mile. I'm not really happy with that, but considering the knee surgery last November and the fact that I put on 35 pounds during a 12 week pity party because of the injury, I guess it's not that bad. Still, I am looking forward to more, faster miles next month.------------------ Larry, As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord (Joshua 24:15)
