....for my all-girls team, we're running an ultra at the end of May, and I think we're the only all-female team in the race so we need a kick @ss name. Any ideas?

Glidegal has a great team name for her group who run the Hood to Coast, but in my old age I have forgotten what it is. If she sees this she may share it with you. Come to think of it, Hood to Coast has a number of very amusing team names. If you could Google it and check out past results you might find a name you like. Spareribs

One of the bicycle teams my son races against is HART.
Haulin A%% Race Team.

Or go to www.corpusroadrunners.com and look under past results of Beach to Bay relay. There are 1200 names to choose from.

Although Ribs sure put a lot of thought into his ideas.

Can`t compete with Sparerib`s list but some Canadian angles could be:

Running Back to Saskatoon
Canadian Real Tired
Canadian not so Tired
Polar Plodders

Although for some reason I like egrd`s suggestion: the pink spankies.

Let us know what you use

both would be great but NymphoManiacs, not that I would know or anything like that in the unlikely event you don't know, is already a sub-cell of the MarathonManiacs like MiniManiacs (for us fiver--hour pluser slowbies) and BarefootManiacs (for the five of us barefoot runners in MM)

As far as the "Butt Butter" suggested by Spareribs....no comment.

arf--nice to have ribs do my work for me... he listed every stinkin name from HTC but ours: MotherHood to Coast. Don't worry, we decorate the van so R/X rated it dispels the fact that we wipe drool and collect McDonald's toys...

When I worked for Nike I named a team that is still around long after I'm gone: Kiss My Swoosh. You could use the Kiss My..... part.
How about something with the 100 theme?
A hundred bottles of babe on the road...
Century Sistas...
100 klik chicks... (my personal favorite so far)
Your top [# of girls on your team] wishes are in this van...

ooohhh, this is getting me psyched for HTC already! Let us know what you decide on... I'll send van decorating ideas by private post :-) glidegal
