Ran 133.6 miles, walked 9.1. Only 1 race for the month, so 1 PR: 12k in 1:11 (default because I've never ran that distance before). My monthly average pace was 11:03, a PR of a different sort. Last one was 11:06 in Feb., 2006, when I only ran 45 miles, including a half marathon. Thanks for doing this again! ------------------ My Profile [This message has been edited by Karl Rysted (edited May-01-2007).]

I guess I'll post my few miles. 21 for me, and no PR's. May has to be better than this. No excuses other than having lots of road trips for bridal showers this month. Also we had to go through all the stuff in MIL's condo which has been sold. The family was all here to help, but it's alot of work and takes time. Thanks Tramps, you're the best! (I do love being on the honor roll even if I'm last or almost last)

Um,,,"second fastest"? That would be a new category. Besides, you didn't say anything in your original post. What am I, a psychic? quote: Originally posted by goofyguy1958: Tramps, thanks for being tally man - hey, wans't there a tally man in a calypso song? DH--I can't help it if being average comes naturally.

Thanks, Tramps, for your hard work on putting all this data together. I don't always have the time to post to the daily thread, so I'm trying to make sure I at least get in the monthly totals - I appreciate there's a place for me Marie
