Ran 133.6 miles, walked 9.1. Only 1 race for the month, so 1 PR: 12k in 1:11 (default because I've never ran that distance before). My monthly average pace was 11:03, a PR of a different sort. Last one was 11:06 in Feb., 2006, when I only ran 45 miles, including a half marathon.

Thanks for doing this again!

I guess I'll post my few miles. 21 for me, and no PR's. May has to be better than this. No excuses other than having lots of road trips for bridal showers this month. Also we had to go through all the stuff in MIL's condo which has been sold. The family was all here to help, but it's alot of work and takes time.

Thanks Tramps, you're the best! (I do love being on the honor roll even if I'm last or almost last)

April = 146.7 miles
YTD = 488.3 miles

...Down considerably from last year but considering surgery and recovery, I really can't complain.
I should be back to normal pretty soon. Thanks again Tramps.

For the month: 100.8 miles (just 1.34 miles short of my best-ever month)

Only one race (the Inaugural Eugene Half-Marathon), which I PR'd (by over seven minutes) at 2:16:12.

after last month's record high, injury and work kept this month down to what is probably an all-time low:

64.4 miles

Disclaimers, etc.
---These numbers only include running and walking miles (and km’s) and therefore cannot do justice to those of you who run by time or who have a well-rounded approach to fitness that includes lots of cross-training.
---Summary miles for earlier months are revised numbers that include late posters. As a result, average and median numbers listed there may no longer coincide with award winners.
---Let me know if I’ve made any significant errors (e.g. leaving you off an honors list).
---If you forgot to post your miles for this month, go ahead and do so now. I’ll revise the final numbers (but not the awards) when I announce next month’s thread.

Um,,,"second fastest"? That would be a new category. Besides, you didn't say anything in your original post. What am I, a psychic?

Thanks, Tramps, for your hard work on putting all this data together. I don't always have the time to post to the daily thread, so I'm trying to make sure I at least get in the monthly totals - I appreciate there's a place for me
