Craig,

Fantastic race after the hammy issues. Hope you solve them.

Take care
Tall

Craig, somehow I missed this RR before. Congrats on another very strong run--still an improvement on last year, if I recall, despite the weather and the hammy problem. I wonder if it's an electrolyte thing?

Rest well and good luck at VCM.

Thanks all. I didn't want to bump the thread again, but saw it back on the first page.

Econo and Vista, I'm not looking to chat the whole time, but having somebody nearby to comment now and then and pace together. It doesn't take much to keep me from losing focus but I don't think I can run my best without something in 26 miles. :-P

Skip, sounds good, defintely drop me an email.

Dave, I'm not sure about the electrolyte issue. It certainly could be, but I think I drank more gatorade than water. I didn't stop at every water stop as some were just to chaotic. Drinking is much more important at VCM as it tends to be 10 degrees or more warmer than Boston.

I'm hopefull that the extra stretching will result in a better performance in Vermont. I'm also looking to adjust my gait slightly. It feels like I sweep more than I lift my knees, which extends my hams too much. Suggestions more than welcome.
