I just had a chance to scan the Official Boston Tracker Thread, and got a huge grin from you all. Wow, you are just the best virtual (and real) friends anywhere. Thanks especially Starr and Physicsboy for looking for me--I must have missed the official post wherein to post my number, so I appreciate you keeping me in mind! A

Yes - Thanks, I think we homebound DO deserve more appreciation. All you guys did was run 26.2 miles in a 50 MPH headwind with hail the size of softballs and we were here tortuously hitting the "Refresh" button on our browsers and following your progress. Ray

And we didn't have the Pro to bring us refreshments while we did it, either! We had to get up and go to the fridge ourselves! Uphill both ways!Congrats on another splendid race, you tax-day birthday girl.

Hey Amy!I not only looked out for you, I actually LOOKED for you on the web cast of the finish line around the time I thought you'd finish. I didn't see you, but it was fun to watch. There was a black runner who was reduced to walking on his heel, couldn't even bend his ankle, then a young gal was put into a wheelchair after collapsing at the finish. I'm so glad all the boomers made it! You were awesome once again! Congratulations. What's up next?
