You ran a fantastic race, with a real fast time and got to meet Boomers for dinner.
Well Done as you go from brilliant to even better.

Labduck,

I always like to read your reports; I don't know why. Perhaps it's your unsinkable ebullience, but even when you're cranky, I like to read about that, too.

Oh yeah, good run! I, too, think sub-1:30 is a cinch for you in the half-marathon, if you are feeling good.

I wouldn't be surprised if a sub-3:00 marathon were in you, but I think it's a bit much for us to expect you'll do it this fall, in your first one. Sub-3:15? Maybe. BQ? Definitely, if you don't get injured during the race.

I know Ducks like rain, but I thought they waddled. Of course, they can fly too....

Nice PR!

Duck,
Dude, I'm not sure I'm worthy of sharing the waterfront with you anymore, thats a smoking good time. I'm saying an easy sub 1:30 at avenues and remember talking about 1:25 on the 4th of July? I know its in you and I'm gonna make sure you get it, hopefully I'll be right behind you.
