It's quite a relief when you roll out of bed and nothing alerts to new physical problems. You ran well. I hopethe ITB issues are history.

Good report and good race, Liz. Sorry we didn't connect. We looked for you in the hotel but couldn't find you and you, most likely, couldn't find us since we weren't very specific re meeting plans. Hope we connect with you in the future. Will add my own report.

Impressive and inspiriing run! Must've been lovely, too. The next 10 miler is going to be greta. Also very scenic! ps - have you ever run the monthly Tidal Basin 3k race? Looks like fun, but I'm in suburbia and would have a hard time getting into dc on a weekday.

Liz,Great job, despite the advice of that cranky old guy Ribs from the 50-plus thread. Best of all, you are uninjured after the race, which means you can start training right away for another one. I'll be good and won't say anything about the boob-crusher bra. lalalalala I won't say anything lalalalala Dark Horse ------------------ I'm a dark horse, running on a dark race course
