Nice running, Tim! Too bad about it being a bit short but don't let that take away from how good you feel. You deserve to be riding high!

Well..its official...DG Racing says the course was off 100 meters short....so my predicted finish would be 21:09 ...
And 1st out of 11....

I used my 2 mile 6:48 split siince the mistake in the course was at the mid point.

Tim

Ardmore, OK.

It's all GOOD, Tim -- no, wait. It's all GREAT! Congratulations on a really fine PR race. I look forward to meeting you in person and wish you all the best in Boston. You are ready.

Great race, Tim!

Short courses are a bummer but what a lift you must have after seeing that your conditioning is stellar! 5K's are hard to run and you likely have even more in you and hopefully you will get a chance to take down that PR yet again. (A good time is about one month after the marathon).

Fantastic race and report. Congratulations.
Dale

Wow......great racing and a great measuring stick for what your training has done.

I am frustrated for you with the short course, but the win is still there and the time is still there......both POSITIVE.

Good luck in Boston. I look forward to reading that report.

Congratulations.
