Jon - Undoubtedly you must be thinking that half marathons may not be long enough to redeem oneself as you obviously do in marathons. The weather was pretty yucky, huh? Sorry about the slight blistering and such. Hopefully, warmer summer time weathe is coming that will be somewhat more devoid of cold rain, my friend.
