Actually, it was 7th... Funny thing -- if we include all over 40 male runners -- I drop to 20th! Tough crowd!

I must be psychic or something because I KNEW this was going to be a PR race report before I even opened the thread. WTG! Your times have come down repeatedly over the past year so whatever you are doing, keep it up!! Congratulations on your HUGH PR in the wind. You have to figure on being under 28:00 without the wind. And let me add my amazement at the caliber of masters runners in your area! Meg

I agree with Meg. In Dallas you would be top 3 all the time. I mentioned somewhere recently I was going to cut back on responses to all RR's, especially to the elite runners who don't really need a lot of praise, but darn it, a PR is a PR and you deserve congrats, especially running tough in the wind, which at any age I have never been able to do.
