Keep reading down, the list is down there.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR

ARRIVAL TIME
WHAT YOU WANT
Enter a new note (don’t edit your old one) I might miss old notes.

We're gonna be out there!
Look for that HTH flag on the left, at Centre St., just before the 20M marker. We will get it up on a streetlight pole so you can see it. It may be horizontal.
I am catching the new info.
I hope Gatorade Endurance Orange is good enough for Lemon-Lime. L-L seems to be missing.

Yell Hey Pro and yell your name (like divechief)!!
Don't stop. (unless you want a break) we'll get it to you.

-Craig

We'll be at the same place with the same HTH team flag. The flag is about 3 feet wide, and 10 feet up on a pole, but you still have to look. 50 yds short of the 20 mile mark, just after Centre St., on the left, and just prior to last piece of HH.

More details as time progresses.

1-email is ced53 at yahoo dot com
2- I will post info as suggested unless you say otherwise
3- All bottles are 16oz (500ml), slender, with a squirt top.
4- I have E-Caps. One or two added to your drink adds electrolytes. But only if you ask.
5- Pacing link http://www.box.net/public/75o3rqgty9

Pro Hydration for non-professionals -- Loved it last year!!!

50/50 gatorade (red flavor preferred, but I am not picky).

THANK YOU!!!

BTW -- might want to include anticipated pace for the race. My plan is to run 7:20's until I crest Heartbreak. So, that gives you an estimate of when to look for me.

What about bananas?

Do Boston Boomers do bananas?

By 20 miles, my tummy is very, very picky.

This is a PROfessional crew! They picked me out of the crowd last year, called my name AND ran with me while I ate my banana. Gave me the gatorade and wished me a good finish!

I felt SO special!!!

If ya don't mind, I wouldn't complain about having a 1/2 banana with the gatorade again...

Thanks Pro, I was amazed that your crew picked me out of the crowd last year. I will try to make myself easier to spot this year. I will know better when we get closer, and numbers are assigned, at this point I anticipate passing your station at about 1:10.

Like last year, any flavor of gatorade that isn't lemon-lime would be good. if you have any orange, or red stuff left over it would be great.
    Thanks.

    Ok just to be clear.
I'll edit the original note. Look up!
I need to figure out how to make it more readable.
How does one align vertically in CR?

    The format is:
20M ETA - the actual net time you expect to arrive at 20M
    number - duh
name - the name that will be on your bottle.
what you want - what you want.

Everything else I'm gonna put in the start note so you do not have to search.

I think I can...I think I can...I think I can...can I make it to the Boomer Elite Water stop this year?

If so, I'm seconding -junky's vote for Krug, please. And the vision of your bright, shiny faces. I can't wait! But here goes, playing by the rules...

20M eta: 1:15-1:30 PM (2:45-3:00 hours after the 10:30 AM start, I'm guessing prolly 10 min just to cross the starting line)
    Number: tba
    Name: Robin T.
What: Large bottle of cold Lemon Gatorade with 2 E-caps

THANKS!!! I can't wait to see you on that hill!

Not running, but I'll certainly stop by to give some support. We were just before that point last year, the sun angle being best for Mr T's photos around Water Street just a little before Centre Street. So, we're planning to be at the same spot again this year. I

s your stop just after or before Centre Street?

Pro--do you have my Boston 06 vintage still in the fridge or did you drink it at New Years? Nothing says energy boost like a little bit of fungus. I am planning on running 3:20 so once I work out the math, I will e-mail the details.

ProTeam! Awesome! Thanks so much for doing this, I feel Elite! I need to see how my PF pans out before I comit on a ETA.

For those who have no idea when they might hit mile 20 (due to the terrain, corral, wave etc.) this can help you figure out when you'll hit the ProTeam.

Thanks for doing this again Craig! (and everyone else helping you). I was bummed that I couldn't find you in the chaos last year (that'd be chaos on the hill AND in my head). Maybe Tim can do a mugshot cheat sheet for you to pick us out. :-)

Assuming a number of things (decent weather, ham cooperates, etc) I'll be at 20M at roughly 12:32 pm. I'm looking to run 7:11s and expect to be in 7th or 8th corral.

12:32pm bibTBD Craig (busiman) 50/50 Red Gatorade would be great.

Yup - it is awesome to do this. I generally am fine drinking whatever crap is on the course so I'll have to think about this one.

If I get there before him can I have TallRunners beverage?

Just a friendly hello is all I need. I seem to do just fine with whatever is offered on the course, but a little encouragement from other boomers is always appreciated. Beyond that, any Gatorade or jelly-type candies (Jelly Bellies, Gummy Bears, etc...) or whatever is on hand works for me.

I have no idea what time I'll be coming through. I'll be in the second wave and plan on having a good time, not running for a PR. I will be wearing a black running skirt and Marathon Maniacs singlet (or Maniac long-sleeve shirt depending on weather).

I second the idea of kilts for the men. It would make them so much easier to follow (.....I mean spot).

Naw TallRunnner - I'm not going to talk any trash and get you riled up... I don't even think we're in the same AG and it seems you are improving rapidly as I am getting over the hil...

Maybe we could work up some sort of friendly competition based on time vs. qualifying time.

But my biggest worry is the weather - if its a hot day I'm thinking of going to the Red Sox game...
