I don't have any exact training plans after that, but it will probably be at least June or Sept before I hit this level again. Thank you all for the wisdom,inspiration and encouragement. Totals for February 2007 in sort of a Letterman Top 10 list format: Feb 111 miles YTD 244 miles 2 races (half marathon & 5K) 1 half marathon PR @ 2:01:26 12 days of vacation (sweet) 1 unique, exciting run (Badwater Death Valley across the salt flat at dawn, very, very cool) 1 new tattoo 1 injury (shoveling snow) 4 Boomers met in person for the first time (Cashmason, dromedary, Sherie Rainier, jane austen) + indy running girl and, saving the very best for last, got to see and visit with Ilene & Fast forward again John IP: Logged
