68.5 miles for February.

Kind of discouraging. I thought I was going to be up some. Too much traveling.

Thanks a bunch for being the stat guy.

Oops. I forgot my manners ( thanks, Tramps!) and didn't read the rules about PR's only (sorry). I'll get it right next month.

Well the flu knocked me out for 10 days!! So what was supposed to be another ever so slow increase in mileage during my long road back from injury turned into a major step backwards. Oh well....

57.2 miles for February. Not too bad, considering I sprained both ankles a week apart! DUH! Luckily neither was serious and each only required a few days off.

Yesterday I had a wonderful run in shorts and t-shirt, and today it's snowing hard so no run for me. Gotta love this February weather! (Of course, it can do that in June just as easily here in Colorado!)

(Everyone else seems like such good buddies that I feel like I'm crashing a private party, but ...)

Feb Miles: 69.7 (missed a week due to illness, plus another run or two due to business travel).

YTD: 169.7

Will probably do my first race of the season Saturday. Debating 5 or 10k - (I need the miles for my half-marathon training, but my legs are telling me they're tired).

Tramps - thanks for your continued work on this!

An even 100 for me this month. Had to sneak in an extra two miles to make the 100 mark.

HEY!
Your paltry is someone else's substantial... (I had to go to dictionary.com to find an antonym for "paltry"... for some reason I wanted to write "poultry" but, that made no sense.)
