Thank Chops!

Nice to see you many of you, yesterday.

RG : Congratulations for your great finish time! You're right, next time lets set up an 'after the race' meeting place. We were looking for all of you.

Df : I so wanted to be there for you at the finish line but by the time I recovered from my own race and got to the waiting point, I did'nt know if you were already done. It turns out (TB told me) that we left about 2 minutes before you arrived. Oh well! Congratulations for doing this despite all the obstacles.

TB: Your legs are more eye-candy then ever.

DR: It was nice to see you. Are you coming to the Hurley's, tomorow?

Gro : Hello!

Sally : I'm glad to know you are almost done with this darn cold!

Truxx : I hope you get better and that we can see you tomorow at Hurley's.

Kingsley zissou, are you still around?

As for me, nothing much to say about the race. The usual : first half : great, second half : torture, everyone passing me by, ect… And the time is always the same.

Norm was extatic after his first half!

Hurley's, tomorrow, 7pm

Alright, so far we have:

Me, KJ, RG, Merc, TB, KingZ, LifeAny, maybe Killerchops and maybe Truxx ... and hopefully DR who'll pop in with her sexy legs wearing shorts. Oh yeah, and maybe my friend Ananda will come by too. That makes 7, possibly 11.

Final call for Dr, Roly, Easygo, Acidosis, Speedyfeet, MLC, who else? Lurkers welcome!

If you're coming, please update me ASAP as I will call Hurley's tonight to ask about the cake. If they say NO, I might change the location so watch the board tomorrow and confirm.

Sally

Oui, merci Chops, brought you up in conversation yesterday.

It was a bit chaotic at the finish line, an ambulance was called for someone who had collapsed...we are definitely better to plan a meeting point beforehand.

Mighty finnneee lookin' calves there ninj

Sally -

Truxx - feel better quickly

kz - go meet this crowd, you'll have a good time.

Knee - its all good Great for your friend, wonderful beginning.

Many thanks to SS for having organised the gathering yesterday. It was really nice seeing everyone once again.

LifeAny: Welcome on board. Hope we didn't scare you away. Looking forward to seeing you complete your first 5km

Chops: Thanks for the words of support and encouragement. I definitely need to explore and resolve my habit if disintegrating in the second half.

RG: or should I say, "Jerome the metronome" I am impressed through and through at your resolve and discipline in pacing. This definitely augers well for Ottawa.

Merc: Let the good times roll with 5 and 10kms. Looking forward to running them with you.

JB: Join us on May 12, for the 5km stomp.

SS: Or should I say, "The most for the least?" Radiant as per usual in her school girl uniform.

KC: It would fun if you'd join us for the 5km stomp as well.

It would be nice if coolrunner came out that evening to run.
