Anyone need a super amazing Chariot brand bike trailer? I've got one in fantastic condition on Craigslist.org for $250. Had absolutely no trouble fitting two kids in it with picnic, backpack, toys ... only used about 15 times over the course of a few summers ... in storage since.Let me know asap before I let it go to someone from Craigslist. I met the gang at a Hurley's gathering several weeks before I ever ran with them! DR and MLC were able to drop in during their training sessions, yes, they were in running gear ... but you'll be in a car! Grommie: Egg rolls ... NOOOOOO!!! Let the Chinese folks, TB and I, order ... or will we also have the lovely DR and KZ too? Asians reign supreme!!! Not saying we don't like you uncoloured folks, you know ... Yes, my mojo is coming back !! Maybe it's because summer is finally here, or pretending to be and I just came back from a good swim. Sally ------------------ "Follow your bliss" My Ironwoman Inklings

Ran during lunch time yesterday. Ah... a nice 1.5 hour lunch. Permitted when the person you're running with is part of senior management. We'll file that one under, "team building". Ran from the office (near CN tower) toward Ontario Place and back. A nice getaway from the concrete jungle.Too much food! So tasty and inexpensive. Mmm.. buffet. Felt guilty this morning following yesterday evening's exercise in gluttony and ran an interval workout on the treadmill. Looking forward to round two this evening. Have a good one. TB

Actually i can pretty much say that I`ll be running and swimming locally (except when I get a lift to practice) because of the friggin STRIKE... Meaning no doddling after work, and I`ll be leaving work at 5:30 pm max to make sure I don`t get stuck sleeping on the couch at work... Translation : Until the strike ends, I am definitely not socializing anywhere! No Hurleys, no egg rolls (ha) for me! PS: My recommendation : pan-fried stuffed tofu, garlic snow pea leaf, Chicken rice soup, and LOBSTER LOBSTER LOBSTER! (It`s in season). Hmmm it just may be worth a taxi ride home....

Who said that I wouldn't come? Of course I'll be there, especially in a chinese restaurant. I LOVE CHINESE FOOD. But if nobody shows up but me next Tuesday, I have no problem waiting until that meeting with the ultrarunner the week after, but I would prefer this to be in the chinese restaurant, because I LOVE CHINESE FOOD.

RG: you will get your Chinese food ... though I'm not a lobster fan (sorry DR). VIP is for our celebration and our stories. Hurley's the week after is to meet a cool ultrarunner and to listen to her stories. Sally ------------------ "Follow your bliss" My Ironwoman Inklings

If I wear a 19th century style silk chinese outfit for my Médoc marathon, does it makes me Asian?
BTW, there's nothing like going in a chinese restaurant with chinese friends. You get a real treat! And after a marathon! Wow! I'm already hungry!

No, you will be a Quebecer wearing a sweat-stained 19th century style silk chinese outfit. I dare you to wear "the wig". Much more exciting. Sally p.s. I sold the bike trailer today. The couple especially liked the case of 24 I left as a bonus in the fridge. Sorry, Roly, you'll have to run those hills on your own. ------------------ "Follow your bliss" My Ironwoman Inklings [This message has been edited by Silly Sally (edited May-24-2007).]
