OK, I don't want to freak everyone out here, but they are saying 5 planes have hit now, including the Pentagon and Capitol Hill, and rumours are 11 planes have been hijacked. I am praying this is just a rumour, please god!!!

nrgy, from what source are you hearing this? Just heard a car bomb exploded outside the state dept in WDC. Haven't heard of any others.

Kelly has a TV in his office and he called. I don't know what channel or anything. There has got to be a billion unsubstantiated rumours right now, so I'm praying this is one of them.

They are also closing all the high rises in Philadelphia as well as the historical sites. God help us all.

I'm hearing there were bombs in the towers, set to go off at 10? And there was a car bomb blast outside the State Department?

Fox news is reporting another airplane that is hyjacked, and heading toward washington.pray for intervention.

Here in Boston. We sent our workers home - to be with their families. This better not be the big one. Not to be politically incorrect, but I guarantee this was the work of Muslim Fundamentalists.

They're clearing out every tower here in toronto. A report says somewhere in Pennsylvania has been hit.

The second tower just came down. I have chills down my spine. And a domestic plane crashed in PA.

Jim - a plane was just reported down near Pittsburgh. They haven't reported anything further. Genie - I'm still here. I'm not in a center city high rise.

I'm in Harrisburg, PA and they have closed down the Capitol building here. I was there when they announced the shutdown.Anyone know where they plane in PA went down?

Toronto update: They haven't cleared the towers here as of yet but they are closing the CNTower as soon as everyone is out of it. Apparently all US air traffic is coming our way, they're being rerouted if possible to Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and any other facility here that can handle them.
