I would like results edited/deleted. Who do I contact?
Race results are added to our website by the individual events or timing companies. If there are any changes you'd like made to race results posted within the last 28 days, please contact the event or timing company with your request. Their contact info is typically included at the top of the results.
If their contact info is not listed, please email us the url (link) to the results you'd like edited, and we will forward your request to the timing company.

How can I claim results to my profile?
Only results that have been posted on Active.com can be claimed to your profile. To claim a race performance to your profile, check out searchable results on Active.com.

What is the difference between Gun Time and Net Time?
Gun Time: Your time as calculated from the start of the race until you crossed the Finish line.

Net Time: Your time as calculated from the time you actually crossed the Start line until you crossed the Finish line. The difference between this and Gun Time is the time it may have taken you to get up to the Start line.
