From Press Release
We’re pleased to announce that we have become the GoodLife Fitness Toronto Marathon with the theme of “health and Eco-steps” in support of the health of our bodies and the environment.
GoodLife Fitness CEO David Patchell-Evans said "Being born and raised in Toronto, I think this a unique experience for anyone to enjoy the city, its vibe and its energy. Whether you are first time marathoner or a seasoned runner, you are reinforcing your dedication to having the good life for yourself and setting and example for others. I am encouraging GoodLife members at our 50 clubs in the Toronto area to come and participate as a volunteer, a runner or an enthusiastic spectator…either way, I will be there to cheer you on!"
"The Good Life Toronto Marathon, focusing on the health of our bodies and the environment, is a wonderful event to promote fitness, participation and our beautiful city. I wish all participants a safe and successful race" stated Mayor Miller.
