SAN JOSE, Calif. - (September 30, 2008) - ALCiS Health, Inc., a provider of topical pain products using innovative, patented technology, has signed an endorsement contract with 2004 Olympic silver medalist Meb Keflezighi. The contract names ALCiS Daily Relief as the exclusive pain relief product to Meb, and it is the company's first professional running partnership.

"I choose my partners and sponsors very carefully. I am very excited about ALCiS Health joining Team Meb as my official source and partner for pain relief products," stated Meb who trains with Team Running USA in Mammoth Lakes and San Diego. "ALCiS Daily Relief is a new product that has been instrumental in my training, and I utilize it to manage muscle aches and pains, even when I feel I am at my peak fitness level."

"ALCiS is thrilled that Meb has chosen us as a corporate sponsor," said Brian Berchtold, President and CEO of ALCiS Health. "The partnership is a perfect fit as ALCiS Daily Relief is an ideal product for athletes (of any level), who experience muscle soreness from their workouts. Meb, obviously, trains at the highest athletic level, and we are proud to help him achieve his running goals by reducing the aches and pains associated with his grueling training schedule."

ALCiS Daily Relief is a fast-acting, clean-scented pain relief cream. The advanced, patented technology found in the product delivers the active ingredient quickly, with results in as little as five minutes. "ALCiS Daily Relief is effective shortly after application. This efficiency allows me the relief necessary to continue the level of training needed to be the best distance runner I can be," said Meb.

ALCiS Daily Relief can be used for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with strains, sprains, simple backache, bruises, sports injuries and arthritis. Samples of ALCiS Daily Relief will be distributed at over 50 key national and local sporting events in the next twelve months, including the Chicago Marathon, the ING New York City Marathon, the Boston Marathon and the Ironman World Championship. ALCiS Daily Relief is available nationally in over 13,000 stores including Walgreens, Rite Aid, Longs Drugs, Duane Reade and many other fine retailers. Keflezighi, 33, known as one of the top distance runners in U.S. history, exploded onto the international scene with a silver medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics to became the first U.S. male to medal in the marathon at the Summer Games since Frank Shorter in 1976. Meb followed that performance with a runner-up finish at the ING New York City Marathon only 70 days later, and then finished 3rd in the same marathon in 2005. Since then, he has earned USA 15K titles in 2006 and 2007 and has won 16 national titles overall since graduating from UCLA in 1998. Meb's other corporate sponsors include Nike and PowerBar.
