"Reaching the milestone of our tenth consecutive race day sell out is a testament to the passion and support we receive from the entire Houston Marathon Committee, our 7,000 volunteers, the greater Houston community, and our wonderful sponsors," said Executive Director Wade Morehead. "Our running community is second to none, and we are so thankful for the runners who choose our race annually as well as those who selected our event to run their first race."
