ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (February 5, 2009) –ZOOMA Women’s Race Series announces Women’s Running magazine will be a major sponsor and official magazine of the ZOOMA 2009 national series of women’s running events held in Austin, Annapolis, Denver and Atlanta.

Women’s Running magazine features articles that empower women with information about fitness and nutrition.  As part of the partnership, Women’s Running will offer special subscription rates to participants during online registration. Women’s Running is eager to work with the ZOOMA Women’s Race Series,” says founder Dawna Stone. “This is a great opportunity to inspire women to participate in running events. Aligning ourselves with ZOOMA will enable us to reach out to active females in an fun and engaging way.”

“I am thrilled to partner with Women’s Running Magazine,” says Founder and Executive Director Brae Blackley. “ZOOMA runners and walkers can find great tips about running in the magazine, and that will help them reach the ZOOMA race finish lines feeling healthy and strong.”
