Two-time Olympic 110m hurdles silver medalist Terrence Trammell was inducted into the University of South Carolina Hall of Fame this past weekend.

The winner of six NCAA titles (3 indoor, 3 outdoor) as a member of the Gamecock men's track and field team, Trammell was a two-time national champion in the 60-meter hurdles (1999, 2000) as well as the 110-meter hurdles (1999, 2000). He won a national title as well in the 60-meter event in 2000 and was a member of the 4x100 relay that won a national title in 1999.

Trammell earned 13 All-American honors in his three-year career at Carolina, the highest total among all Gamecock men's track and field letter-winners. He won six SEC individual titles in the 60-meter and 110-meter hurdles and still holds the NCAA Championship record in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 7.52 he ran in 1999 to win a national title. The SEC Athlete of the Year in 1999, Trammell returned to Carolina after turning pro to receive his degree on time in December of 2002.
