INDIANAPOLIS - Five-time U.S. 20 km Race Walk champion Tim Seaman and defending champion Jolene Moore were the overall men's and women's champions Saturday at the 2006 USA 5 km Race Walk Championships in Kingsport, Tenn.

Fifty-fiveathletes from 23 states were on hand, vying for the titles in the 5 km open and the age-group Masters Race Walk Championships.

A five-time U.S. 20 km race walk champion, Seaman covered the course in 21 minutes 39 seconds in winning the open men's title. The men's runner-up was three-time Olympian Curt Clausen in 22:07 and defending champion Ray Sharp was third in 22:18.

Moore once again dominated the women's field as she claimed her second straight title, crossing the line in 24:32 to beat course record-holder Deborah Huberty, who finished second in 26:10. Susan Randall was third in 26:32.
