A world-renowned running authority, Dr. Davis has done extensive research into the relationships among lower extremity structure, mechanics and injury. Often called the "Barefoot Running Professor" for her innovative work on barefoot running, she has lectured extensively and has made numerous media appearances nationally.

• Suggest a paradigm shift in our thinking about footwear and how we treat the foot
