In support of all those running the legendary Boston Marathon, Boston Sports Clubs will open their doors on Tuesday, April 16 to offer a free “Run ‘n Roll” post-marathon rehabilitation session using foam rollers. The 26.2 minute organized class will lead runners through a series of rolling exercises to rehab sore muscles, boost flexibility and expedite the muscle recovery process. BSC master trainers will demonstrate a routine that focuses on stretching and lengthening marathoners’ tightened hamstrings, quads, calves and IT bands. Runners will leave 26.2 minutes later on the road to recovery with improved circulation, increased range of motion and restored muscles.
“Run ‘n Roll” will be offered on Tuesday, April 16 at select BSC locations. Class is FREE to all Boston marathon runners.
Just bring your bib as proof of running and get ready to roll! Visit www.mysportsclubs.com for club locations and times.
