On Average, Amsterdam Was Year's Fastest Marathon
Posted Tuesday, 6 November, 2007
Amsterdam (The Netherlands) - After the marathons of Frankfurt and New York, Amsterdam is still number one on the world ranking of fastest marathon cities of 2007. Frankfurt was fast enough to be faster than Berlin, but Amsterdam maintains its unapproachable top position. All the marathons of the Big Five have been run in 2007 now. In spite of the huge budgets of these marathons, they proved not to be the fastest marathon this year.
