The Fifth Annual Great Bay Half Marathon—Terrific Event in New HampshireYou have likely heard about this race and LOCO, so don’t miss this outstanding event on April 3. It has a beautiful rural course along Great Bay, one of the largest salt water estuaries on the Atlantic. LOCO provides terrific organization for the Expo, kids’ run, 5K and Half Marathon. The Great Bay region is beautiful in early spring, a designated scenic byway.

Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter 5K and 10K Run for Food and Shelter: Two New Courses, Same Great CauseThey have set up all new USATF-certified courses starting from an all new venue, Rivier College in south Nashua, New Hampshire; these Run for Food and Shelter races will get your spring racing off to a great start—and support a very important cause. The Third Annual Middlebury Maple Run—The Sweetest HalfDon’t miss the third annual Middlebury Maple Run Half Marathon, Middlebury, Vermont on May 1. It’s the “Sweetest Half,” a must-do on your race calendar. Set in historic and lovely Middlebury, runners of all ages and all paces will enjoy a scenic 13.1 tour along the farms, villages, and Middlebury College; and the two-person relay too. I ran it last year and had a blast!
