First, I'd like to apologize for the delay in posting this year's results--we ran into some technical difficulty with the Cool Running site. Thanks to all those that joined us for this perfect day--our 32nd consecutive perfect day! The weather couldn't have been any better this year, with clear skies and comfortable temperatures. It was another 200+ year for us, a sizeable crowd for our old-school timing system. It was a frenzy to get the results posted, so be sure to let us know if we missed something. A huge thanks to the Cape Cod Road Runners gang and to my family who dutifully show up year after year--the race wouldn't be possible without you. We're also blessed to have some pretty legendary runners grace our course over the years; however, that means there are some impressive course records established. We saw some great times this year, but still a ways off from our records. Our men's record of 24:37, set by Lou Restaino back in 1991, holds strong. And will anyone ever beat the incredible 26:47 put up by Lynn Jennings in 1999? With each passing year, it looks more and more unlikely! Still, an impressive win goes to Ryan Gattoni with a time of 26:56 and female winner Robyn Argo with 32:06. Congratulations to all!
