Good news down at Ye Olde Grey Hound. After a long hiatus due to injury, our super cool hostess has returned to running. It's always tough getting started but since Cyndy is a she and not a he it won't be an issue. She'll tough it out without whining  and get back up to speed in no time. Glad to see you back Cyn!!!

More proof that people don't like Scott Schaeffer Duffy. Last week El Diablo Duffy was handily beaten by Vin Garofoli fair and square. This week, Duffy came and ran and left early. He did however record his time. That was all the motivation Vin needed. Laying down a course PR, Vin assured that Duffy would once again be left wondering if like they say, victory really is sweet.

Last minute race idea. This Wednesday, which is just about to begin as I write this, is the third annual Running With The Wolves 10k. This is one of the fastest growing local races and it's put on by our good friends of the Highland City Striders. I hope to see some of you there. Maybe Duffy will show and we can all run faster than him. Doesn't that sound like fun?  Either way, I'm pretty sure you'll have a good time. HCS knows how to party. I am not kidding!!
