It's no secret that the Schaeffer Duffys are religious. I mean very religious. It is also no secret that there may have been fun poked at them from time to time. Well not exactly them, Scott has been the sole target as we have more respect for Mrs. Schaeffer Duffy, partly because she puts up with him. Well, unfortunately there has been some pushback from the Heavens. First, yours truly took a header at the Newton Hill 5k trail race and ended up with a busted toe. It should be noted that this happened while I was handing Duffy a good old fashioned ass whooping on the course. Next, President Goolsky took multiple diggers at the Dam Trail race suffering some serious cuts and bruises. Of course Duffy emerged from the woods without a hint of trail running on his person. He was clean, almost too clean. Fearing a continuance of this hellfire our own Cyndy C presented a cute lil' Jesus statue as sort of an offering to the Gods. Cyndy was promptly struck down with a bum knee. Finally, Doc Goolsky's friend, (wink wink) had an unfortunate incident with a certain trail run known for it's lack of compassion for those who choose to run.

Nobody knows for sure who's next or how they will suffer only that somebody will. I caution all around us, watch your step!
