Mine Falls Summer Trail Race Series - Race #4
Race Story:
We missed the rain again in Week 4 of the Trail Series but couldn't avoid the puddles it left behind. 
However, muddy trail conditions didn't stop a record number of runners from showing up to run. 
69 people finished Race 4 and more than a third of those opted for the more challenging 5m Option.
The 5k winner for the men was last weeks 5m winner Mike Giberti in a time of 17:39 ahead of
second place Joseph Trujillo. The female 5k winner was Joe's sister Aryon Tujillo who finished in 21:01
ahead of Dolyne Divino. In the 5m Mark Wimmer jogged to a minute and a half win over
second place finisher Frank Pilhofer. And, on the womens 5m side Felicia Lombardi took the win in 37:53
also 1 1/2 minutes ahead of second place finsher Janice Platt.
